During his downtime and wanting to dabble more in Hollywood, Orton auditioned for Cable in Deadpool 2.
One of the auditions Orton took was for the role of Cable in the Deadpool sequel.
“I think Deadpool 2–”
Rhodes cut him off.
“Cable,” Orton nodded.
“I read for Cable, and in my head, boy, I was going to be Cable.
I was going to be Cable.
I was like, ‘this is it’.
No callback, no nothing.
Josh Brolin gets it because of course Josh Brolin gets it.
I don’t know what the f*** I’m doing.
I think I enjoy being a pro wrestler and everything it’s given me.
I don’t think I’ll ever leave this place.”
Randy’s next big matchup is against Gunther at Bash at Berlin for the World Heavyweight Championship.
