TheStatue is in a heavily guarded building in the eastern portion of the town.
Use your Observation command to look around the town and locate the blue dot, this is the Statue.
Inside the house,the Statue is in the corner with other treasures near a large chest.
Grab the Statue then return to Mitsumune.
