With the talisman return to the railroad and open up the blocked doorway.
Head inside and you will be teleported to the Witch’s Hut in the swamp.
The teleporter will take you to the Wizard’s basement, so head up and deliver the ink.
This unlocks Wizard buildings for you to construct on your farm.
