UPDATE: Release date official.
The new trailer confirms there will be three hedgehogs: classic Sonic, modern Sonic, and Shadow.
That means no chibi Shadow, sadly, and there are no guns…so far.

The leak comes courtesy ofDealabs, which confirms the release date as 25th October 2024.
The box art for the game has also leaked, thanks to X account Arsene Lupin.
Unsurprisingly, it features Shadow alongside both classic and modern Sonic.

Sonic x Shadow Generationswas announced at the PlayStation State of Play in February.
But perhaps a full announcement is due imminently to show more?
