It was the feature that put secondary applications on the right side of the screen for Xbox One.
This was possible as the system was initially bundled with Kinect for Xbox One.
OnYouTube, Skype even marketed the features with a silly promo video featuring comedian Bobby Lee.
Keep in mind Kinect doesn’t work in any capacity with Xbox Series X|S, either.
Microsoft acquired Skype for $8.5 billionin early 2013.
Skype was originally released to the public in 2003 and at one point was owned by eBay.
