Zeke will give it to you just inside the Galaxy Hall.
After that, you will also need to complete ‘Gone Astray… in the Coastlands.’
This only unlocks after you have the ability to ride on Basculegion.
check that to track the quest for those lines to show up.
Head to the Coronet Highlands.
If you have the Mountain Camp unlocked, this is a good place to start from.
From there, Ursaluna’s radar will tell you that you are already close to Wanda’s location.
Otherwise, head for the Lonely Spring area on the eastern side of the map.
Wanda is stuck on a cliff overlooking the eastern coast of the highlands.

Look down to spot her!
Climb down using Sneasler and speak to her.
She will be grateful for the lift back up in Sneasler’s basket.
after you snag brought her onto level ground again, return to Zeke to complete the quest.
