The Therian Forme for Tornadus was released on Tuesday, 30th March 2021.

If you fancy giving it a second Charged Move, then consider Hurricane.
The problem you might encounter, however, is that Bleakwind Storm is an exclusive move.
Due to this,Psychic is a good Charged Move alternative.
