Mega Sableye occupies a very strange part of Pokemon Go.
But Sableyes high defense doesnt mean much for a Mega Pokemon that isnt eligible for Go Battle League.
So, when all is said and done, Mega Sableye is pretty much useless in Pokemon Go.
Interestingly, it is one of only two Dark and Ghost-throw in Pokemon, along with Spiritomb.
Neither of these Pokemon have any evolutions in their species line.
While it may have been inspired by above, Sableye canonically lives underground.
