This is because it is a bulky Pokemon that is spammy and applies a lot of Fast Move pressure.

Rock Throw is a great Fast attack, offering heavy damage.
So how does this incredibly bulky entry into the Great League stack up?
It beats Charjabug, Shadow Gligar, Vigoroth, Lickitung and Annihilape.
However, it will lose to Quagsire, Shadow Whiscash, Bastiodon, Skarmory and Azumarill.
Not only is it spammy and dynamic, but is excellent at both Fast Move and Shield pressure.
