Community Day usually takes place on one weekend day every month and lasts a total of three hours.

How useful is this Community Day?
If you haven’t then this Community Day includes one of my favourite bonuses - double Catch XP.
Everybody else, however, can do a lot better than Vanilluxe.
Finally, the Vanillish Community Day is perfect for adding progress to your Ice-bang out medal.
Second, there will bebonus Field Research.
Community Days also have their own specialField Research tasksbased on the specific Pokemon the day is highlighting.
Third, every Community Dayoffers 3-Hour Lures.
It’s also an ideal time to experiment with either aGlacial Lure, Mossy Lure or Magnetic Lure Modules.
These special lures attract a specific punch in of Pokemon depending on your chosen Lure.
These specialised Lure Modules cost 200 PokeCoins from the in-game shop..
There are alsospecific bonuses for each Community Day, from reduced hatching distance to increased Stardust and XP.
If you have an egg in an incubatorbeforethe event starts, it’s hatch distance still stay the same.
Also before the event itself, it may also be worthstockpiling Pinap Berries and Great or Ultra Balls.
If you run out, then spin PokeStops or complete the newly added Field Research that appears.
Finally, check that youevolve the highlighted Pokemon to its third evolution to get an exclusive move.
