The addition ofPerks is by far the biggest feature of Season 15.
There are basically no balance changes, aside from the game-altering addition of four perks for each hero.
Blizzard says the feature will add more player choice and strategy to matches.
They are not available for purchase separately.
At least one Rare item is guaranteed to drop in every loot box.
