Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese are both in their rookie year.
Both images that were shown off were posted on the official NBA 2K X/Twitter account.
The first athlete shown off was Caitlin Clark, who plays for the Indiana Fever.
In May, Clark was named Rookie of the Month.
Reese currently plays for the Chicago Sky and is the seventh overall pick in the 2024 draft.
Reese also received Rookie of the Month in June.
The league was barely added to the game just a few years ago in NBA 2K20.
NBA 2K25 is said to have “the biggest change to our gameplay engine in many years.”
NBA 2K25 is scheduled to be released on September 6.
