Pixar’sInside Out 2has become the first movie of 2024 to pass $1 billion worldwide after its third No.
1 finish in a row.
Only 11 animated films prior to Inside Out 2 have managed to achieve that feat.
It’s also the first film since Barbie to reach $1 billion.
Naturally, Disney executives are very pleased by the way fans have responded to the sequel.
Kalki 2898 AD took the fifth slot with $5.4 million, and a $10.96 million total.
