Nostalgic weapons return to Call of Duty for Season 3.
The Return to Verdansk event is live in Season 3 and runs until April 15.
This event includes a challenge for opening safes all across various Verdansk POIs.
In addition to Kilo 141 and Kali Sticks, players can unlock other nostalgic cosmetic rewards and XP tokens.
Thankfully, you don’t even need to play Warzone if battle royale isn’t your thing.
Unfortunately, the Kali Sticks take more work to unlock than the Kilo 141.
This is a Mastery reward for completing all the objectives in the event.
Looting safes in all of these POI will complete the event and reward you with the Kali Sticks.
Safes unlocked by teammates are also counted for all party members.
The fastest way to complete this challenge is by playing Plunder.
Season 3 also adds the iconic HDR sniper rifle and the CR-56 AMAX from Modern Warfare 2019.
These are available to unlock in the free tiers of the battle pass.
