Okishima island can be found in Omi, it’san island in the south part of Lake Biwa.
It’snorth-west of Azuchi,west of Suzuka Foothillsandnorth-east of Sakomoto.
When you find the fire, stand on the right side of it and look right.
You should see a slanted tree on the coast here too.
If you might see this, it means you’re in exactly the right spot.
Then dive straight down to the bottom and you should see a cave entrance.
Swim through the cave, keeping to the right to easily find the opening that leads you deeper.
Keep swimming until you reach the point you’re able to surface for air.
Once you’re here, you’re very close to getting Namazu.
