Where to find Keroppi to get Flippers.
Unlike other tools inHello Kitty Island Adventure, the Flippers are permanently active once you’ve obtained them.
Without further ado, here’show to get Flippers in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.
At the top, follow the path until you find Keroppi in Lilypad Lagoon.
This means thatyou need to find a Strapto be able to make the Flippers.
At the end of the dock is a treasure chest.
You’ll now have Flippers, letting you explore more of the Island.
