The more you explore and more monsters you hunt, the more armor will be available to you.

When you’ve selected this, you’ll enter a very large armor menu.
For example, the Bone Coil costs one Mystery Bone and 100 Zenny.
On the left side of the screen next to your Palico will be the equipment sets.
you could craft Palico weapons here too, but for now we’re going to focus on the equipment.
Select which piece you want to look at and then it will appear in the middle of your screen.
For example, the Felyne Bone Helm requires one Mystery Bone and will cost 50 Zenny.
