In 2018,God of Warintroduced players to Atreus, the son of Kratos.

That trend continued in the 2022 sequel,God of War Ragnarok.

ViaIGN, a NexusMods user, Mophead01, has releasedthe kindly Shut Up mod.

Thus the mod has taken the drastic step of removing over 1,500 lines of dialogue from the game.

“Tired of companions telling you things you already know?

Tired of the game treating you like a child if you don’t instantly solve every puzzle?

This mod removes over 1,500 pointless, [patronizing] voice lines from the game,” wrote Mophead01.

Unfortunately, this mod is not an option for gamers who have Ragnarok on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4.
