Gearbox’s looter-shooter is now coming a few weeks sooner.
Gearbox has announced a change for Borderlands 4’s release date.
But it’s not a delay.
Instead,Borderlands 4has shifted forward a few weeks and will now launch on September 12.
It was previously set for release on September 23.

Borderlands 4 is in development for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, andNintendo Switch 2.
It is a sequel to 2019’s Borderlands 3.
That game was 2K’s fastest-selling game of all time and has shippedmore than 22 million copies.
Borderlands 2, meanwhile, is 2K’s best-selling game ever with more than 30 million units sold.
In total, the Borderlands franchise has sold more than 91 million units.
