Need a meal to boost your Defense?
We’ve got just the ticket.
The Fish boosts your Defense +4, while giving a standard Health and Stamina boost, too.
you’ve got the option to use Kunafa Cheese instead, but it’s less powerful.
This is a good, all-round defense meal.
Replacing Fish with Veggies lessens the overall Defense boost, but increases the Element Resistances stat.

The Eastern Honey then increases the amount of health recovered while healing, thanks to its Medic Meal effect.
If you’re prone to dying.
Whip this bad boy up.
If you haven’t got a Delishroom, a Droolshroom works too, but is less effective.

check that to make this meal first.
This skill sometimes increases the number of resources per gather of bones, ore, and other gatherable items.
It may only be sometimes, but it’s worth using if you need resources quickly.
It’s essentially the heal meal, but with an Attack boost.
