The mod is a reference to the"Gandalf Big Naturals" memethat originated on Tumblr in 2021.
Both the zeros in 100 million have been photoshopped over Withers' chest.

In October 2024, Larian announced players had downloaded50 million mods.
100,000 of those downloads were to rename Withers to “Bone Daddy.”
