The missing cartographer’s name is Wilfrith, and their body is lying against the spire.
You’ll have to return to Sanza’s Emporium in Paradis Hightowns in Dawnshore to complete the quest.
Talk to Sanza behind the counter, where you’ll tell him the fate of Wilfrith.
After speaking with Sanza, you’ve completed another Mapping the Living Lands quest in Avowed.
