How to complete Showdown in Sakomoto to assassinate Akechi Kagemitsu.
You’ll automaticallyswitch charactersthroughout thisAssassin’s Creed Shadowsquest as both Yasuke and Naoe have their own tasks to achieve.
However, you might only do this quest after you’ve foundShoteiand foundKatsuhime.
We also recommend stocking up on tools and rations before starting this quest.

Approach him to instantly trigger a cutscene and confirm that you’re ready to begin the quest.
Then, when here, vault over the wall and you should be facing the house Yoshimitsu is in.
Use Observation to highlight the blue dot in the house, this is Yoshimitsu.
As soon as you do so, you’ll switch over to Naoe.
Detonate the Explosives
As Naoe, youneed to find and detonate three explosive barrels in The Armory.
When you’re at the top take out the archer here before he alerts the rest of the enemies.
Just inside the door of this building you should see the first explosive barrel.
This prevents the guards calling for help and alerting the rest of the castle if you are seen.
On the roof you should also find Katsuhime.
Stand on the roof next to Katsuhime and then face north-west using Observation.
You should see a blue dot in the distance, this is the next barrel.
Again, a few guards will be standing near it.
As you did before, use your Kunai to detonate the explosive.
In the distance again, you should see another blue dot and this is the last barrel location.
Once you’ve done this, head back to Katsuhime in the north-east corner of the Armory.
One more Shinbakfu is now out of the way.
