This woman also happens to be Mucho - your assassination target for this quest!
We recommend taking the time to kill her now as it will save you time hunting her down.
Once Mucho is dead, talk to the child and then follow him back to his father.
Though she will run away when you approach!
We recommend killing her straight away to simply save time on the ‘Find the Child’ quest.
But, again, you shouldn’t encounter any problems if you kill her straight away.
