Inside the cave, go into the pool of water in the middle and swim down.
You’ll pass some skeletons underwater and emerge on the other side soon.
Then, continue walking to the back of the cave.
Cannibals are often found in caves, or at cannibal camps.
Caves are marked on your GPS Locator, but cannibal camps aren’t.
you’re free to also find it in random containers and at cannibal camps.
Duct tape is also found in these locations, but we’ve come across it more by searching containers.
