No, it’s awful.
It’s really, really bad.
It used to be decent in PVE, but then Mewtwo came out blew it out of the water.
So, let’s look at its moves.

In fairness, this moveset would be ok if Alakazam lived long enough to use it.

Is there a shiny Abra in Pokemon Go?
As with all Kantonian Pokemon,shiny Abra, shiny Kadabra and shiny Alakazam are available in Pokemon Go.
Shiny Abra was released in April 2020, at the start of its Community Day event.
What does shiny Abra look like?
Simply put, shiny Abra goes from looking yellow and brown to slightly paler yellow and brown.
Shiny Kadabra does the same.
